RNAサンプルへの適用例

Check the integrity of your RNA samples using E-Gel® EX Gels. RNA samples were separated on a 2% E-Gel® EX gel. Lane M: 0.1?2 Kb RNA Ladder from Invitrogen (Cat. no. 15623-100). Lanes 1?4, mouse total RNA, 200 ng per lane.

カセットの開き方（E-Gel EX Agarose GelのQuick Reference Cardより)

1. Place the cassette on a bench with the wells facing up. 2. Insert the sharp edge of the gel knife in the groove around the cassette edge and lever the knife up and down. Repeat for every edge of the cassette. 3. Open the cassette and excise the band. 4. Dispose of gel as hazardous waste.

E-Gel® EXは、DNA、RNAのバッファーレス電気泳動システムで、わずか10分で完了する蛍光色素入りプレキャストタイプです。ゲルカセットからの取り出しも容易で、UV光源を使わずに、移動度が確認できます。
