    特徴

    1. アポトーシス細胞のクロマチン凝集状態の蛍光解析に基づいた、アポトーシスに迅速で便利なアッセイです。
    2. キットには、
    [透過性で青色蛍光のVybrant® DyeCycle™ Violet stain]と
    [非透過性で赤色蛍光のSYTOX® AADvanced™ stain]
    が入っています。
    3. 正常細胞のクロマチンより、アポトーシス細胞の凝集したクロマチンをVybrant® DyeCycle™ Violet stainにより明るく染色します。
    4. SYTOX® AADvanced™ stainは、細胞膜保全の完全性に基づいて、壊死細胞だけを染色します。
    5. 両色素を同時に用いることにより、フローサイトメトリーで、正常細胞、アポトーシス細胞、壊死細胞のポピュレーションを識別できます。

    最大は各々369 nm / 437 nm
    405 nm励起    		 SYTOX® AADvanced™ dead cell stain

    最大は各々546 nm / 647 nm
    488 nm励起

    データ：両色素を同時に用いることにより、フローサイトメトリーで
    正常細胞、アポトーシス細胞、壊死細胞の
    ポピュレーションを識別できます。
    Jurkat cells (human T-cell leukemia) treated with 10 µM camptothecin for 6 hours (panel B) or untreated (as control, panel A). Cells were then mixed with the reagents in the Apoptosis Kit - Vybrant® DyeCycle™ Violet/SYTOX® AADvanced™ Kit and analyzed by flow cytometry using 405/488 nm dual excitation. Note that the campthothecintreated cells (panel B) have a higher percentage of apoptotic cells than the basal level of apoptosis seen in the control cells (panel A). A=apoptotic cells, V = viable cells, N = necrotic cells.
